Jury to Hear Closing Arguments in Apple, Samsung Trial

After a combined 50 hours of questioning witnesses, showing slideshows and playing videos, the jury will hear closing arguments tomorrow in the $2.75 billion lawsuit Apple filed against Samsung for patent infringement and a countersuit filed by Samsung.

Apple claims Samsung infringed on patents on the design of its iPhone and the iPad tablet as well as dilution of the trade dress of these Apple products. Apple also sued Samsung for implementing snap-back functionality and scroll and touch gestures in Samsung’s product operating systems, which are based on Google’s Android mobile platform.
