Week in IP: December 9 – 15, 2012

I keep saying that I want the weekly wrap-up of intellectual property issues to actually be a weekly feature. As I have some time off, I want to catch up and edit these articles so that I can show some diligence on my part. Last week for example we had Apple getting its multi-touch patent rejected, a new patent on cell phone airbags by the Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, and a My Little Pony fan game getting a cease and desist. Here are the intellectual property stories for the week of December 9, 2012.
