Week in IP: Week of January 26, 2014

In an attempt to publish the aggregation I catch up with Twitter, here are stories in intellectual property for the week of January 26. I don’t have much to show for pictures of the stories, so see the new logo for Microsoft’s cloud storage service they changed as a result of trademark litigation. The biggest story before the big game was a resolution of an Apple Samsung dispute. The law firm that represents Apple Samsung needs to compensate Apple and Nokia for discovering an information breach, but the judge is not rewarding anything further.
